We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area and are committed to providing whole-house smart technology and entertainment integration services. Our team works closely with designers, architects, builders, and private customers to ensure that their home technology needs (such as internet, lighting, phone, security, doorbell, etc.) and entertainment needs (TVs, music, streaming, etc.) are met. Tito Sanchez

Tito had two main passions growing up: music and gaming. He was deeply absorbed in these worlds as a child of the 80s and 90s. He even set up what was known as a 'theater-in-a-box' system that allowed him to immerse himself fully in both of these passions.

Tito considered his long-term aspirations while working as a mechanic at an auto dealership. Fortunately, he came across Optimal Systems, which offered him a role that perfectly matched his skills and passions. The company was searching for a problem solver with mechanical expertise who could quickly adapt to new challenges.

This opportunity marked a turning point in Tito’s career. He could combine his desire for hands-on work with the chance for mentorship and friendship with the company's founder. Over time, Tito honed his technical, mechanical, and organizational skills, essential for the company's growth and expansion.

With the advent of the internet and smart technology becoming more prevalent, Optimal Systems experienced a similar surge in demand for home automation and integration of these new services. With the company’s founder nearing semi-retirement, Tito made the bold decision to purchase the company in late 2023. This move and his vision led to the company's new name, Optimal Integrations, which genuinely encapsulates its mission.

Steve Vidibor

Steve founded Optimal Systems, a business he created out of his love for music, which started in the early 1960s with the Beatles' British invasion. Steve worked as an installer at various audio/video companies, where he saw an opportunity to offer more specialized services to customers in the home entertainment segment. In 1992, he decided to start Optimal Systems, providing personalized and high-quality services to his customers, and his reputation grew along with his business.

As the business grew, Steve placed several ads for someone mechanically inclined and willing to learn the business. Tito Sanchez answered one of those ads, and the company was able to scale. With the dramatic changes in the home entertainment industry, such as streaming TV, on-demand music, and the explosion of Internet-driven Smart Home devices, the business looks very different today.

Steve is ready to slip into semi-retirement, and Tito Sanchez has acquired the business with Steve as a trusted mentor and advisor to the new company, Optimal Integrations.
